Uyuni in southern Bolivia is perhaps best known for his salt marshes mesmerizing.
But only a few miles outside of the city is another, lesser-known attraction -. Cementerio de Trenes, or train cemetery
the large collection of locomotives dating from the 19th century, at the height of transportation in Bolivia, where was the Uyuni home of a railcar plant.
They were abandoned over time, while the far country to travel by train, and were joined later by imported engines of Great Britain.
Today, they have become an unusual tourist attraction, usually for those traveling to or from salt marshes.
