First hotel of the American chain opens in Cuba after half a century


Starwood Hotels took over the management of a luxury hotel in La Havana, becoming the first major American hospitality. chain with a presence on the island since the Cuban revolution 50 years ago


newly renamed Cuba Four Points by Sheraton on Quinta Avenida in Havana – a hotel owned by the Cuban army – now will be managed by the US giant hospitality.


Located in Miramar neighborhood of Havana, the chic hotel, formerly known as the Quinta Avenida, has rooms available from $ 246 per night, according to its website web.
